5 EASY STEPS TO MAKING A BATCH
1 .
Visit Great Lakes Winery at 505 King Street, Midland.
2 .
Choose a wine kit that suits your needs and palate. Pay for your product up front and sign your form.
3 .
Start your wine by sprinkling the yeast into your grape juice to start the fermentation process. (We use filtered water, so your wines taste clean and pure, allowing the bouquet to shine through)
No appointment necessary
4 .
Our skilled Vintners will test your batch, monitor it, rack and filter your wine. We will call you when it's ready to bottle and set up a 15-30 minute appointment with you.
5 .
Come back and bottle your wine when it is ready - about 4-8 weeks later. Our friendly staff will be there to lend a hand. (Each kit will yield 30 bottles of wine) All prices include the tax, corks and shrink caps. Bring your own bottles or grab some from us for only $2.00 each. Basic labels and Custom labels are available at an affordable price of only $4.99 for 30. Enjoy!
